Hey there, food lovers! I’m Michael, the slightly-obsessed home cook behind SpatulaDaddy. Let’s be honest, the name started as a joke, but it kind of stuck (and hey, I do wield a mean spatula!). My kitchen is my happy place, and I created this blog to share my passion for creating delicious, fuss-free recipes that anyone can make – even if you think you can’t boil water.
My culinary journey has been a bit of a melting pot (pun intended!). Growing up between the sunny shores of California and the heartland of the Ozarks instilled in me a love for both clean, healthy eating and the comforting flavors of traditional Southern dishes. My travels have also played a huge role in shaping my cooking style. And yes, I’ve even spent time working in restaurants and been a part-owner in a few, so I’ve seen the restaurant world from both sides of the kitchen door.
